The Nike Dunk is home to some legendary colourways that have been among the most sought-after collector’s items in the sneaker scene for years. Including the Nike Dunk High SP Varsity Maize, where it was recently announced that a restock of the well-known colourway is imminent. Travis Scott recently rocked the even rarer Wu Tang Special Edition.
With the Varsity Maize, we are now getting a colorway that was last stocked in 2012. The high-quality upper material made of smooth leather is divided into a black and yellow color blocking, which is applied similar to many Jordan colourways.
The white midsole brings out the colors to their full advantage and makes the black-yellow contrast even stronger. Since this is the normal Varsity Maize and not the Wu Tang Special Editon worn by Travis Scott, the re-release comes of course with the normal Nike brandings on the heel and tongue.
