The Air Max 97 is one of the sleekest models of the Air Max series. The model was recently in the news when Lil Nas X in collaboration with MSCHF Product Studio had developed a pair of “Satan’s Shoes” based on an Air Max 97. Nike was not happy about this and has reached a settlement with both parties. In that respect, the Air Max 97 is a popular shoe to collaborate with. The target label UNDFTD also has a collaboration with this shoe.
Fortunately, Nike also chooses to release their own releases that are a lot less pronounced. The white and dark blue Air Max 97 that the company is announcing this week is a nice basic pair. The dark blue is an overlay over the white upper with light blue accents here and there. It gives the shoes a fresh look. Make sure you keep them clean !!
