Nike Dunk Low Prime Valentine’s Day Resale Value

The chart above gives us a breakdown of the average sale price of the shoe since February 11,2022. The shoe dropped officially today but the trend is positive, this is good news. The current average resale value is about $180. Let’s find our five number summary for further insights.

The lowest sale recorded was $158 while the highest was $220. 25% of the sales recorded were between $158 and $172, 50% between $172 and $284 and the top 25% sales recorded were from $184 to $220. There were a few outliers ( irregular values) {$204, $205, $210, $213, $220}, and the cumulative resale value was $179 leading to a +$36 profit margin. Even the lowest sale recorded yields to a +$15 profit, that is good news. We already saw that the trend was positive, now let’s see which sizes lead to the highest margins.

All sizes yield to a minimum profit of $24 and the best sizes to aim for are 6,11 and 12 for the highest margins. The trend shows that the shoe has been gaining close to $2.9 every day but that is not sustainable. I will wait till a week from today and update this post to give you more accurate information about the long term option. One thing for sure is this, if you’ve purchased this shoe, you will not regret it ( especially if it is for resale purposes). Stay tuned for the update.
