In 2005, the shoes were part of the “Hoop Pack” that originally came out in 2005. The Nike Air More Uptempo has always been the odd man out in sneaker land. The fact that AIR is depicted so large on the side is characteristic of the choices that Nike makes in their design. This applies to both the shoes themselves and their entire corporate identity and graphics department. Large fonts, bright colors and popping surfaces are anything but strange to them.
The Nike Air More Uptempo Bulls shoe has a red upper with glossy black “patent” leather AIR on it. The white outline of the letters makes them extra clearly present and this white is also reflected in the outsole of the shoe. On the back we see 1996.
