On-feet photos are always a treat. They usually show much more details and show well how the shoe falls and which details you can pay attention to. If the exposure and sharpness are also good, we are completely happy. With these new photos, Jordanukshop gives us the best look yet at the special Fragment x Air Jordan x Travis Scott collaboration. It feels strange to see the Air Jordan 1 “Cactus Jack” paired with the Fragment edition of the shoe. Perhaps Nike is switching to a “best of” model of successful partnerships?
The photos show the details of the “Military Blue” colorway as the Nike shoe is officially called. Travis’s signature “big reversed swoosh” is of course present, along with the “code” and thunderbolt stamp that we know from previous collaborations with the Japanese Fragment brand. Fragment branding has also been added to the tongue. Where previously only the “Cactus Jack” patch was visible, we also see a Fragment label on the tongue.
It is also noticeable that the quality of the shoe seems very on point. The tumbled white leather in combination with a sail colored midsole gives the shoe an authentic look. The black area around the ankle has the same stitching patterns as the first Air Jordan 1 UK collaboration with Travis Scott and on the back of the shoe we find the Fragment stamp and Cactus Jack smiley. And last but not least, in reflective 3M material, we see the Cactus Jack logo under the normal swoosh on the inside of the shoe! A release date is not yet known, it is expected that the shoe will be released sometime around the fall.
