Pineapple friend: pay attention inside: The Happy Pineapple collection is being expanded with a new model: the Nike Air Force 1 Happy Pineapple is coming. So far there are pictures of an Air Max 90, 95, Free Run and now the Air Force. As always, all information is available here.
The new Air Force comes in all-over cork. That definitely sounds exciting. Apparently the cork is recycled and thus leaves a somewhat small climate footprint. The laces come in the same color as the cork. The Swoosh stands out with a light green border and a slightly different-looking, lighter material. From the pictures we can’t even say whether the Swoosh is also made of cork or leather. Instead of the usual Nike logo on the tongue, there is a friendly smiling pineapple. The insole is also made of cork. The outsole shimmers in brown-gold.
Overall, a funny implementation as we think. Certainly not for everyone, but we are sure that the sweet pineapple will find some buyers inside.
